Although there were delays during COVID, I am understanding because many firms experienced challenges due to illness. I had Bobbie as my accountant for several years for personal and business returns. She was helpful for the most part until my last year. She bailed on me 2 weeks before taxes needed to be filled. She simply just sent an email saying she wouldn’t be able to file my taxes this year. Of course I called because I wanted a reason. She gave me the reason and said she had that worry last year, yet never brought it up to me. I believe it could of been handled a lot more professional and in a much more timely manner so that I could find someone else to do my taxes.
