We had one of the best experiences we have had with any service company. They got to the house extremely quickly and began work immediately. They diagnosed the problem (a hole in the pipe to the well and a pump near the end of its life,) offered a couple of options to solve, and a detailed breakdown of the expenses. They had everything repaired in about two hours and were extremely kind in every interaction. I would recommend Kraai to anyone!
