I had a great experience with Dr. Shane Thomas while getting a filling done. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Shane Thomas was exceptional. They took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable before starting. Throughout the process, they were gentle and caring, which really put me at ease. It was the most encouraging and thorough dental visit I have ever had. Staff was super friendly, polite, and helpful. Dr. Shane Thomas was phenomenal. Six crowns was something I have been putting off for awhile now. Got them done, very little pain ( the mouth guard was the worst part).In a few weeks I will be getting the permanent crowns!! Can't wait to see the progress with these new choppers. Thanks to the Gentle Dentist staff that makes my visits enjoyable.
