“I'm so relieved and happy right now!!! I went in for a haircut, not knowing any of the stylists, but the gal on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment recommended KimMarie. I couldn't help but wonder if she'd give such high praises to all of the stylists there. But from the front door to the back of the store, every employee I encountered also said KimMarie was AMAZING!!Well, I'm here to tell you that KimMarie is an intuitive genius, a super talented artist, and a total pro!! Plus she's got a great personality! There was never that awkward silence or feeling of unfamiliarity that I'm just used to because I'm always getting last minute haircuts (oncw or twice a year) at random budget salons that will take walk-ins. Lol. But that's all going to change as of today because I loved my haircut and KimMarie so much that I already scheduled my next cut in 3 months. I realize this is a long rant, but I'm so thrilled right now because I've never been this happy about a haircut in over 30 long, frustrating years!!!!If you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff, will listen to your needs and actually be able to translate it through a haircut, and then show you a great product that's actuality in your budget, AND teach you the do's & dont's so you can style your hair at home (even when you thought you'd never learn), then you need to meet this woman!If you're still reading, there's no way I'm going to say this much and not mention the ROCKSTAR at the checkout counter who really sent me on my way in the best mood! ASHLEY!!! This lovely lady is exactly the kind of person that every customer wants to encounter wherever they shop, and she's exactly the kind of employee that every business should be competing for the chance to hire!! Ashley is one of those people that restores your bruised faith in the rest of humanity. No joke. She's not going to stop until she has helped you, she's going to engage and actually talk to you like a person, she'll share all her pro tips you didn't even know you didn't know, AND she'll work that dollar for you like a money-saving champ!!I was only going to get a haircut today. But I walked out with a styling product that KimMarie was also purchasing for herself today, a new foundation & bronzer that, Hallelujah!, actually matches my skin and feels like it's not even there, a really nice gift-with-purchase from It Cosmetics, a new makeup brush set that didn't break the bank, plus some other free samples that darling Ashley hooked me up with after she got me signed up for an Ulta Rewards credit card (that I was on the fence about until she answered all my questions), AND...
