I've been seeing Riko for over ten years. Never once walked out thinking it wasn't a great cut. Riko is personable, easy to chat with and his shop has that 'small town' barber feel with the warm and welcoming interior. If you're former military or a short fade type, he is unmatched.
Riko is a super nice guy that run's a very clean and efficient barber shop. His skills and technique are excellent and he moves quickly, so waiting is never an issue. I've been going to Riko since he opened his shop here in Shelby Township and I never left disappointed.
The place is clean and pleasant. I would suggest you book an appointment first if possible. We did a walk-in. Luckily, he was free but soon after more people followed. Riko is friendly and good at his profession. Also the prices are quite reasonable.
