Visited yesterday....family business whose name is legendary in the local automotive community. Nathan carries on as thirst generation in a quite competent and more importantly CARING manner...a true service oriented individual that goes the extra mile in assisting customers (which was obviously well-honed from his grandfather and father!) Very clean and orderly shop, especially comparing that to others in the area. Add Ryan working away, and other staff, and it was easy to see why such a great organization continues on. I don't know who looked at my car. But, they checked it out and found a partial problem. But, I needed something that they couldn't do. So they referred me to someone else. Plus did all this at no charge to me.
I had the best experience with Nightingale. It was time for me to replace my brakes/rotors for the front of my car. Two years ago I replaced them for the back for 1/3 more the price at the dealership. They accommodated getting me in super quick, and my car was fixed the same day. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and courteous. She explained to me everything that needed to be fixed with the breakdown of the price. They even noticed a lug nut was missing from my last tire rotation and repaired it free of charge! This was the quickest and most affordable turnaround I've ever experienced with car repairs! I feel like I didn't get ripped off and paid for quality service. Sometimes I feel being a woman naive of cars people try to upsell me (but I do my research so that doesn't happen) and I am happy that it didn't happen here. 10/10
