The staff here is very helpful, and I really appreciated the young lady Santa taking time to help me pick out new glasses. I picked them up today, and Seth was very accommodating making sure they fit to my liking. Great customer service from both of them. I couldn’t be happier with my new pair!

This was my first time to this eye doctor and I couldn't have been more impressed. Heather, at the front desk was extremely helpful. Their tech Alicia made me feel relaxed and although she was friendly she was most professional. The young lady that helped me pick out my frames (Haley I believe) was very patient with me. I was having trouble deciding so she engaged her manager (Seth?) to help me decide and I felt very confident in my choice. The entire crew was wonderful and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured at all. In fact. I thought the cost was a bit high so (Haley) did some adjustments that brought the price down comfortably. Seth has been helping me for years, and when I found out he moved locations I had to follow him! He is the best at what he does, and I love the frames he chose for me so much I reordered them again.
