“Ordered a replacement Mother's Day arrangement through them after dealing with a terrible arrangement and customer service experience from a national online florist. The online ordering process was smooth and they still had plenty of options even though I was ordering on the holiday, and they delivered the arrangement the next morning. The delivery process was smooth as well and the arrangement was gorgeous (and looked exactly like the pic from their site). No assembly was required from our end, so my mom only had to open it and put it out. I'll definitely be using them again.“
