I LOVE F45! I never thought I would belong to a gym of this type but I wanted to see what the hype was all about. It did not disappoint and now I'm addicted. The instructors are helpful and friendly. The workouts are over before I know it and they're never boring. I love the music and the pace of the class. There are several class times offered throughout the day which make it very convenient. I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try!
I definitely give this place 5 stars! The vibe is incredible, the coaches are knowledgeable & the make working out fun. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, there is something here for you. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends!
I love F45! The workouts are really great. Just when you think you've maxed out on energy / ability its time to move to the next exercise. It moves so fast that there is no time to even think about complaining. And I never wish it were to be over like other fitness programs. The trainers are helpful and compassionate and make recommendations for modifications throughout the class. The music is great and its nice that participants contribute to the play lists! Everyone cleaning their station after each exercise makes it even better than pre-covid! If you are looking for a great fitness program, this is it!
