I have nothing but positive things to say about this yoga studio! I tried the restorative yoga class and absolutely loved it. I was nervous to try it since it was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I left feeling centered, grounded, and ready to take on life. I’ve experienced a lot of trauma this past year and really felt like this class helped me feel more comfortable and at peace with myself. I look forward to coming to more classes in the future and am so happy I found something I feel like I belong at!

I can't express my gratitude for Lori and the Earthside community she has built enough. I started doing yoga with Lori during my first trimester of pregnancy when I was anxious about being a new mom and not knowing many people locally, especially other expecting moms. I learned so much by listening to other moms during opening circle. Doing yoga during pregnancy not only gave me tools to use during labor, but taught me that I could (and should!) advocate for my own health. This was a safe space to ask questions, share stories and anxieties and celebrate each other. I did Lori's Restorative Yoga a few Sundays ago and it was amazing! Her calming presence and thorough instructions make the class very open and welcoming! This was my first class here and usually i can be imitated or overwhelmed with new faces, but this class was perfect and very comfortable! I am looking forward to joining again soon!
