They refused my service telling me I need to make an appointment. Two days later, I called to make an appointment and she said (and I quote) "Nope, we're not doing any appointments. It's walk-ins only." O.o

Always wonderful service!! I have a totally handicap son in a large wheelchair and alot of salons won't curt his hair. Miranda did an amazing job and treated him so nicely like a human. In the past Stephanie has also cut his hair and she has always been amazing.My daughter and I both had haircuts and eye brow waxing, and we both got exactly what we asked for. My daughter got the bangs finally that she has always wanted.Amazing stylists here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!Services: Eyebrow waxing

So, I moved here from Cali. Since I moved here a year ago, I cut my own hair because I was worried no one could do a good job due to my ethnicity. This young woman named Stephanie told me that everything would be OK. I gave her a tryout after cutting my own hair and making a mess.I walked out of the salon looking like I'd had my hair cut by a celebrity stylist in Beverly Hills. She gets it. I won't even have to use my curling iron tomorrow due to my cut (short hair). She had a client before me who obviously was a regular and I was jealous of her cut.
