They were on site within an hour or so of my call and ready to roll and get the job done. They pulled the lid on the septic tank and snaked the line between the clean-out outdoors and the septic tank. This unfortunately was not the source of our drainage problem but they were extremely helpful in explaining what was going on and recommending what things we might do ourselves to address it. (To a point we DIY our home repairs and they were very helpful about explaining what we should do).
