The individuals who helped me via phone call went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific vaccume filter, which turned out they didn’t carry, but took the extra steps to surface the ones I needed on other retail platforms! Thank you all so much! It’s obvious they are willing to help others while knowing it may not benefit them in the moment!
Great and helpful! Always a friendly smile when you walk through the door. I have rented the industrial steamvac several times and had repairs on our vacuums. Highly recommend. Great pricing great service.
Wonderful service! We've been using Edgerly's repair service for years. They have been great to work with and have even found used parts for our vacuums where there are no more available parts. Don't expect the huge sales pitch and then extra costs on pick up. I found their repair costs low and just straight forward repair work.
