Excellent customer service with quick responses and results. Called for an estimate on replacing a furnace and received that in a timely manner. When we decided to upgrade they were headed to our home in under two hours. Made a somewhat stressful event go very smoothly.

Pellet stove stoped working when power was going off and on during the storm on Saturday December 11. Called Soo Fireplace Monday morning and they had it repaired Monday afternoon. Thank you so much for your help.
