Chippewa Animal Clinic is a compassionate and skilled veterinary practice. They are dedicated to providing excellent care for animals, as demonstrated by their attentive and knowledgeable response to questions. The staff are commended for their high standard of care and for showing love, compassion, and empathy to animals and their owners. Dr. Kate is amazing and truly loves animals. The staff is friendly and upbeat. They do not try to sell you products or spend money that is not necessary. The clinic is highly recommended for those seeking a trustworthy and kind place for their pets' medical needs. When feeling like a customer, they leave you feeling like family. Dr. Hall called back within 2 minutes of leaving him a voicemail, and he and one of his wonderful team members told us to come in on their day off to perform surgery and save their best boy.
Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing! My senior dog had an after hours emergency a couple weekends ago, and he was right there with me from the moment I called. Unfortunately, we lost her that night, but I can’t say enough how caring and compassionate everyone was with us, especially since it was a weekend evening. This is the second dog we have had euthanize with Chippewa Animal Clinic and as hard as the experience was, Dr. Hall and staff made everything bearable. Throughout our care with Chippewa (many check-ups, a few surgeries), the staff has always done their best to provide the best quality care to our fur babies. Thank you and hope to see you again in the future!
Took my LGD, who's the best dog ever, to a routine visit and everyone we came into contact with was really wonderful. I love that they plan every animal's path into and out of the clinic in such a way as to avoid their paths crossing.
Our first time at Chippewa Animal Clinic was in 2023. No vets in Sault Ontario would help my 17 year old dog that was dying without paying an extra fee of hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I contacted Chippewa Animal Clinic and not only were they the only veterinarian willing to help, they were extremely kind, patient, and supportive during this extremely difficult time.
After this encounter I made the decision to transfer all of my animals to this clinic. No vets in Sault Ontario seem to care as much as Dr.Hall does.
