Requested style: Asked for 90's rounded layers

Hair type: Fine, thick, pin straight and above the shoulder length. Bleached my hair multiple times at home causing it to be mushy/damaged to start off with.

Stylist: Carolin was my stylist, I couldn't have asked for anyone with more skill. My hair was extremely damaged with uneven coloring (splotchy from uneven bleach application at home) and she somehow got it feeling healthy again and made my hair the perfect shade of ginger. I was also equally impressed with the cut she did. Not every stylist can get pin straight hair to have movement. Carolin knows what's up, 10/10 would recommend.

I was in town visiting family, and Emily was able to schedule me right in. The salon was very clean and professional, and Emily gave me a wonderful cut. She asked me about my lifestyle, how I wear my hair, etc. As a busy mom, I appreciated her taking the time to find the right cut for me. I am so pleased with the results!! This will definitely be a salon I revisit on my next trip to Michigan.(Sidenote: Tips cannot be added with credit card, bring cash if you'd like to tip. )

My husband and I used to go to the salon until I became disabledNow my hairdresser, Flo, comes to our home and does my cut and highlights and lowlights. While waiting for my hair she does my husband's hair. She trims his beard and eyebrows. I have been with Flo before she bought A Cut Above the Rest and I love the people that work there, the ambiance of the salon, the services they offer, etc. I highly recommend all their products and services!Services: Beard trim
