“They guys from Home Pro were in the neighborhood and stopped by because they noticed I was missing some ridge cap. I figured they were here to sell me a new roof. On the contrary, they offered to fix the problem at no cost. I tried to give them money and they wouldn’t take it. Further, they did a quick inspection of the roof. Again, I expected a sales pitch but instead I got the honest assessment that my roof is in good shape and should last many more years. I am very impressed and while I don’t need them at this time, they will be the first call I make when the time comes.”
