Lost power over the weekend and my whole home generator would not work. Called the emergency line and had a return call back to me promptly even though it was a weekend night. Service was exceptional. Problem solved on the 1st try. Will go here for all my Generac needs. Kind, considerate, and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you!
