C&C Land Solutions does top notch work! I have had a water issues in my yard for years. A low spot area that pools up with water every time the snow melts or we have a heavy rain. It’s like I have a pond in my yard. I called up C&C land solutions (Chase), told him my problem, he came out and gave me a detailed estimate. He came up with a plan, sent me the design and layout of a French drain system that we both agreed on. He and his team came out and did exactly what he said he would do. Obviously the job, really tore up my yard. Chase assured me he would be back to level out the yard, and get it all reseeded. Sure enough, 2 weeks later, Chase was back with his team. Working up the yard, leveled it out just as he said. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chase. He answered all my questions, communication was excellent throughout the project, and is an extremely nice guy. I was worried about the job all for nothing. He took care of everything and made sure I was happy with the work. If you have any landscaping needs, drainage issues, driveway projects, call Chase and C&C Land Solutions - he knows what he is doing and he will take great care of you. I took my daughter there with my ex wife. We have joint custody, but my ex has physical custody. She was brought here after threatening to kill herself twice while in her moms care. We signed a paper stating that they needed both our opinions/ decisions to do anything with our daughters treatment. My ex changed the second appointment and I was never told. They prescribed my daughter some medication. I don't believe she needed it, so I called to complain and have it stopped until I could get in with them. I was told that even though I signed the paper, they don't care about my opinion and I am not allowed to have any say. Only her mother is allowed to talk to them regarding our daughter. I threatened to complain to higher ups, and was told that it doesn't matter, i will not have any say as our daughter doesn't live with me. My daughter is the complete opposite at my house compared to her mother's, but they do not care... Not only that, but her counselor just talked to me for the first time in 1.5 years, never returns my calls, or calls me with updates.
Dr Ann is wonderful with our dogs. She takes time to make them feel comfortable and answers all questions.

Each visit me and my large, anxiety filled, gentle giant leave with a positive attitude. The vet staff is always very compassionate, patient, and never seems to outwardly judge us. I have a large, senior German Shepard who has had a bad experience with a vet and groomer in the past. So he hates having to come at this point. But I really believe because of their approach he’s warming up to the idea of having to go to the “doggy doctor” again!
They also never try to upcharge or push a treatment if it’s not what we came for. We show up with an issue and purely *that* is resolved. I’ve found myself in the past struggling with vets over this, but so far not them.
He’s definitely not an easy dog to care for from a vets perspective so to have them be so welcoming is beyond comforting for him and me.
Overall, I highly recommend this animal clinic!
Extremely talented veterinarians, technicians, and office staff. They are very compassionate, caring people too. We trust them completely with our very much loved furry family members.
Andrea was friendly and helpful. she does great work. Many stopped in for tanning while I was there.Appointment only I believe. Road parking.
For those who might have the need, there's parking out front but not a dedicated handicap parking area. This is not on the business owners. It's a Deckerville Village issue.
