Everyone was great to me at my first visit at Rx Optical in St Joe. Cheryl was so kind at the desk, Jessica did great with the pre-testing, Dr. Cotter was wonderful during the exam and Amanda did great helping me pick out my new glasses. I'm so glad I switched to Rx!
Cheryl is an amazing worker. She took care of me and multiple people at once. I'm currently serving in the military and only have so much time home. She took care of multiple people at once. She was very patient, kind, and very quick. She fixed my glasses that quite honestly were in shambles. For someone who used to work in customer service and seeing her handle customers was pretty great. I hope she gets recognized. Have a great holidays.
Had a great experience with the staff at RXoptical. Dr. Totten explained everything to me and what she saw and how my eyes where with having diabetes. First time I have ever had it all explained in terms I understand.
Can not say enough how easy it was to talk with Lisa D. If you choose to go here ask for Lisa she explained everything and gave me options for everything and did not try to push anything on me.
