I have no complaints! We went out of town for a week and boarded 3 of our dogs with Mutterly. They were very quick to respond to any concerns, when I called or emailed to check in on the dogs, they answered promptly and updated me on on all 3 and how things were going. My pups are all seniors and they were willing to accommodate to their needs and adjust things if they were overwhelmed. Your dogs are in excellent hands with them, and this is really important...iam super skeptical and like any pet owner, I just wanted to make sure my kids were safe. 5 stars for mutterly. We will be continuing to use them for our boarding and grooming needs!
It's the only place in the area that I would consider for dog grooming, daycare or boarding. Vickie is a professional with decades of experience and she has a professional and well-trained staff.
Couldn't recommend this place enough staff was super helpful, very kind and non-judgmental through the while process. We received the smaller guy not too long ago and haven't been able to figure out how to take care of his hair correctly and they were so generous in suggestions. Great communication via email as well. Always anxious about taking my 2 buddies to a place I don't know, and they made me feel welcomed immediately as I walked in. Can't wait to try their boarding and daycare services as well. Reasonably priced, especially compared to a lot of other places nearby.
