Doc Maynard has taken care of me for decades. During my running days, I'd go in a few times a year. As I've aged, a nagging back discomfort became normal. Doc recommended coming in a few times to correct my back. It worked. I have since decided to go once a month for just maintenance. It's the best decision I've made. No more back issues. I didn't realize how much pain/discomfort I was in until it wasn't there. I recommend him all the time.
