You can't check in at the lab. You hVe to check in at a staffed kiosk with alwYz gas a line. The check in at the kiosk is redundant as you have yo go through the szne process again when they call your name. If they must spend so much time with patients, they need more help, and or should tell patients to arrive 15 minutes early.
