Appointment was easily made with the facility. The technician and Veterinarian were very accommodating as my two dogs are rather large (86 and 144 lbs) and very anxious and hyperactive. I was glad to be able to use the side door (near parking space #6) for entrance to exam room #5.

Dr Graham & her Vet Tech showed kindness & warmth. They both took the time to understand the concerns & I didn't feel rushed. Apollo suggests more treats/ bribes, other than that, the appointment was positive. Thank you!

The docs and staff are always accommodating, kind and attentive to whatever my boy (7yo pitbull) needs. Definitely more patient and gentle than other vets have been with my timid guy.
