They did a good job replacing my gutters. I wish there had been more communication with me as to the timing. I was told 2-3 weeks behind, in July, but it took almost 6 weeks. I am happy with the results

I received the referral for RSI Home Improvement after a relative met one of the owners and left a great impression. We are very happy with our choice of contractors as all the employees have been amazing to work with. (We got quotes from three companies total.)
Derek Shepard was great from our initial meeting. He answered many, many questions we had about this whole process as it was new to us. He explained everything with great detail; he was very knowledgeable. Derek helped us with our color choices for both roofing and siding. We love the colors!

Recently hired RSI for a major exterior overhaul, and the results speak for themselves. They replaced the roof, siding, gutters, doors, and front columns, and also had them install permanent Jellyfish lighting. The transformation is absolutely amazing—it feels like a brand-new house!
Working with Derek and the entire team of project managers was incredibly easy. Communication was top-notch from day one, and they kept everything running seamlessly and on schedule. If you are looking for a reliable, professional crew in the St. Johns area, I cannot recommend RSI enough!
