I worked with a therapist here for about nine months, and I want to be clear that my concerns are not about the therapist themselves. My decision to leave was primarily due to the administrative practices.

The clinic has a 24‑hour cancellation policy, which I understand and respect. However, the one time I needed to cancel—still the day before my appointment but slightly past the 24‑hour window—I wasn’t informed that doing so would result in a $100 fee. I only learned about the charge afterward.

I deal with Lauren and Mya almost every week, for my son. Lauren is wonderful! She always takes time to listen to any concerns we have and keep us informed. Mya is my son's therapist and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST THERAPIST! She is patient, kind, and always caring. This place is amazing! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
