There was a lot of delayed responses in the beginning of the planning process, but that did improve as time went along. When I wasn't sure of the total vision I wanted, the staff went above and beyond to help me really find the types of flowers and perfect colors to create my dream bouquet! :)

When I got to St. Ignace last week it was very apparent that my haircut a few days prior (at a salon at home) was NOT a good cut. So my friends and I Googled and found Rosemary. She was so accommodating and fit me right in. Gave us great information about the surrounding area and places to eat. AND I got a great haircut! Thanks Rosemary!!!

Just left Straits and had the best experience with Jeff at the counter. I needed some stringers and boards for stairs and he helped with all the details. We have been going to straits for years and Jeff always helps us find the right materials for the job.
