“I went for a waxing I was very scared to actually do it because of the type of waxing but the lady helped me through it. She allowed for my boyfriend to be there with me. He held my hand and was very respectful while she waxed me. She talked me through it and gave me small breaks to calm down before going again if I needed it. Overall highly recommended.“

“This place has been a part of my practice almost as long as I have been practicing. I have not taken advantage of the virtual sessions, but I enjoy going to both studios when I get the chance. Having a home practice is more convenient for me, but I sometimes need the instructors to call me out on my form. 5 stars Here's a lifehack. The monthly membership is a phenomenal deal if you sign up in January. I feel like I'm ripping them off sometimes. If I didn't have to adult, a session would be less than a coffee. Let me get on a soapbox for a second. If you're thinking about doing yoga, it will change your life. You can focus on things, calm the mind, and not feel anxious. I only feel pain when I take a couple of days off. You become healthy. I'm lazy. Isn't that enough? I researched it. It's great. Here's the lead. The home practice is awesome. That's typically my daily. Through my own stumbles, I recommend going to a studio intermittently. They understand anatomy; you don't. Form is the 2nd most important thing. The first is to breathe.“
