Our heat went out, they fixed it. Our furnace is very old and he was able to find the parts that he needed by the next day and had it fixed quickly. They communicated with us every step of the way through phone calls and text. They told us what time they were going to arrive and he was here exactly on time. Dale was able to repair my AC unit same day. He patiently did some troubleshooting and replaced the capacitor. It was a very hot day and I had to let the condenser cool down until the next morning due to overheating, but the unit fired up just fine the next morning. Thank you, Dale, for your kindness and work.
