Alex is great and takes care of his customers. While my trees were taken down, my gutters were damaged. There were communication issues with one of his employees that had offered to fix it, and when I brought it to the attention of Alex, he was very communicative and made everything right. Mistakes happen... it's how they're handled that matters, and Alex handled it like a pro.
