Tithof Construction built my custom home 2019. Jeff Tithof does not stand by his 5 Year Home Warranty. Won't even call back to address a problem. But, He is getting ready to retire. So, he does not care that there is still nearly a year left on the warranty. I'm sorry that he built my home.
