The professionals at SAMSA are awesome. I have used their services for years. The last couple of years, I have used their services for my 2 laptops and 2 printers from Connecticut. Since I moved to the east coast, I have not been able to find technical support as reliable, so I continue to use them by remote services. They are always on top of the issues, polite and quick. Their charges are very reasonable. I appreciate everyone at SAMSA!!!

I had a very expensive laptop and had taken it to two other repair shops that charged a lot of money for parts I did not need. This place took a week to find that I needed none of the expensive parts the other companies had me purchase and repaired it for a very reasonable fee. They seemed honest and trustworthy and I will return for future work.
