We recently used Rent Rite for table rentals and setup for a corporate event, and they were extremely accommodating with changes to our order. Their site survey specialists were professional, detail-oriented, and measured everything down to the inch to ensure the tables were set up perfectly. They also made helpful suggestions that improved the flow of people throughout our event.

Michael, Cody, and Xemya were amazing to work with. I will definitely use Rent Rite again for future events and highly recommend them!

We rented a dance floor & tent heater for our backyard wedding reception. The entire process went SO smoothly! From the beginning communication with Xemya, to set up the day before on site, and pick up a few days after the event. It all went perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better team and company to work with. Xemya even checked in a few days after the event, so thoughtful and really covered all their bases! 10/10 recommend.

Needed an outdoor pump to get rising water out of my/neighbor’s backyards. Called Rent Rite five minutes before Saturday 12 noon closing. Quayd and Zac stayed open for me to arrive and pick up the equipment. Pump and hoses provided immediate water extraction. The rental cost was very fair.
