I have been going here for 3 1/2 years. They just got an update to the store and equipment. I have never had any issues with them. Pedicures have always been great. Sitting here right now getting a pedicure. Lives up to my standards. Girl doing my pedicure is new and very sweet. Had a very pleasant conversation with Michelle. I really prefer this place out of any other place I have been in Saginaw. Happy with my Pedi.
Very professional and my pedicure was off the chain..I go to Poly Nails and get a complete job..my lashes,eyebrows nails and pedicure on a regular basis..I have always been completely satisfied..Thanks Willie/Polly Nails
Michelle usually is very polite, but was rude to my daughters and I. Her customer service skills were way off last Saturday. She barely spoke or smiled, but did remind my daughter for an additional service she received and gave me my change but I had to grab it forcefully, as she seemed like she was intending to keep it. I hope her customer service improves, and she smiles a little more. I was going to tip, but the service wasn't tip worthy.Service: Waxing
