The neighboring family owned HISTORIC farm has had the lowest yield ever and has flooded fields due to the displacement of water in the 100 year flood plain we are in. A company of this size could easily relocate to a non residential area. they are permitted (relatively recent) as M1 but are butted up on three sides to residential and one industrial lot behind them that causes zero problems.
