Just wanted to send a wonderful shout out to the amazing and cute Amanda. She was very nice to work with and got a really good deal on some vinyl flooring. Pleasant personality, Ill definitely recommend her and LL Flooring to others, especially when the floor is installed. Thanks again Amanda!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They answered all the questions I have had. I had called to inquire about a discontinued product and they did have it. I am grateful that the employee created an invoice for three boxes as that guaranteed me the product. I am so grateful for them doing that and has allowed me to complete a project.
May 2022
Purchased Duravana Chapel Bridge Oak flooring to do a whole house reflooring. The purchase process at the store was great as was the delivery. However, the scheduling of the installation by LL Flooring's installer SW Contractors was not satisfactory. Work was originally scheduled to start on May 9 and job was to take five days. On Sat., May 7, I received an e-mail advising me the job was being delayed until May 11 due to delays on another job. Ok, I get this and can accept it. I think it is poor to send an e-mail rather than a phone call, but ok. Job is now scheduled to take three days. On May 10 at 4:40 p.m., I received a phone call rescheduling the job to May 16, again for three days. At this point, I had already prepared the house for the installers to show up on May 11 (including disconnecting appliances as I'd been instructed to do). In addition, I'd already scheduled time off for work for the time period. Scheduler was totally unsympathetic and had no concern for the issues the reschedule was causing me. She basically said "take the rescheduled time or leave it". She also commented that if it was such a big deal to take additional time off from work that I could just let the installers into the house and that I wouldn't need to be present during the install. Uh no, not happening. On May 14, I received a phone call again rescheduling the job to May 17 but only for two days. Finally, on May 17, the installers show up. But, I received a phone call from their supervisor saying that he had an emergency and couldn't be there in person. He also said "my crew doesn't speak much English, but they are good workers. Can you show them the job?" Ok.....my Spanish is very poor so there were definite issues communicating. We had to use lots of phone apps to get everything across. At no time did the supervisor show up or call me to discuss the job, quality of work, or generally check on how things were going. I talked to the supervisor two additional times but only after his crew called when there were issues. The job actually took 4.5 very long days. The installers were here every day for between 10 - 11.5 hours working. So, again, the schedulers have no clue how long to schedule a job (two days scheduled vs. four and a half actual). I have nothing but high praise for the two workers that did the actual work. They were very conscientious and did excellent work installing the flooring. The project management was extremely poor both at SW Contractors and LL Flooring's project management office. Quite frankly, based on my experience, I would NOT recommend using LL Flooring's installation service. Their product seems to be good and local store was friendly and good to work with, even refunding money due to a price decrease on the flooring.
