If you white they want your business. if you black they say they don't want your company. they don't like doing long nails they will charge you over 100 dollars not a problem paid it. They rude stuck ppl especially Tina she don't like black ppl and tell you she don't want your business Tina did not have good customer service. Plus they need OSHA call on them.
They come out thinner, less clunky, thank Walmart's. I like that, however, they're never the same length. Like noticeably uneven. The price seems to change depending on the visit. Last time I asked for a fill. They said get a new set, I asked to compare prices for fills and new sets. They said 65 either way. So I said I may as well get a set. They were very uneven. I stopped in later to get them filled and it was 55 to fill today. That's kinda pricey for what you get. Again the tips are uneven. Maybe they charge more because the word 'spa' is in their name but there's nothing spa like about it. I guess I keep looking for a good nail tech.
3 stars because the girl was very nice and did a great job but if your looking for cleanliness during covid you may want to reconsider. Things appeared to not be very clean. The counters where you put your hands at every station we’re dirty.
