    As a person edging to 70 I can tell you that this studio has something for everyone at any age. The instructor offer all kinds of modifications for the aging body. But above the physical aspect mentality you will come out stronger and more confident in dealing with life's challenges.Thank you to all that make this place for everyone!

    I am a traveling Yogi and this is one of my favorite studios in Saginaw. What I love most besides the classes is how welcoming and clean the space is. All the classes are heated which is so nice in the Michigan winters. Jen and the team do such a great job. If you're looking for a studio in the area, I highly suggest GLY.

    Great Lakes Yoga has truly changed my life. I was nervous to try yoga outside the comfort of my home. In the first class I entered, everyone welcomed and greeted me. I felt comfortable and was able to focus on myself. I have found love in yoga, and I can see it changing my everyday life and thoughts. It is a nonjudgmental space that encourages you to push yourself, listen to your body, and give yourself an hour of uninterrupted time.
