I have always had the best experiences with this clinic. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. I have taken every single one of my animals there through the years and have always had the best care.
I cant thank Olivia enough for the kindness I was shown during one of the hardest experiences of my life. While I was on the phone trying to get information and verify they could take us at the time, I was emotionally distraught and Olivia was so calm and collected, even while I was sobbing and all over the place. My dog ended up having another seizure while on the phone and Olivia waited patiently while I tended to him and was ready and waiting with kindness and empathy when I was back on the line.

I had to rush my baby girl in because she was completely lethargic. Dr.Audo was amazing, all the staff was kind and showed me compassion. When i had the money for the tests but nothing left for possible treatment they offered to run some lower tests and save me some money for the possible need for medicine. Im happy to say that my girl has improved and is doing much better. They answered all my questions, helped ease my anxiety by letting me have my kitty with me while we waited for the do tor and test results. Im very greatful for how me and my girl were treated.
