Hello! I always have gone to great clips on state st to get my hair done. I have very thick hair and will normally have my hair cut a inch, and Bob cut in back while layered and thinned. Always have done great but last year I went and a lady I wasn't familiar with cut my hair too short! And didnt do anything right. Was disappointed. I have always had 2 specific people that have done my hair Male or female. They always have done great. I need my hair done and coming tomorrow I hope they are there. Always have a good experience here. Stylists are always friendly and do a good job for my basic hair cut. I love being able to check in on app from my home and by the time I get there it's my turn :)
