I woke up one morning this past fall to water leaking from my living room ceiling. Being 9 months pregnant, I was more than a little freaked out and not something I was able to handle on my own. Tim was over within an hour of my initial phone call and walked me through what might be causing the issue. The next day the crew was out and had the problem resolved. Everyone I encountered was not only kind, but they took the time to explain each possible solution and what that would entail. Overall it was great customer service with even better results!
