The nail technicians are skilled in their craft, with one reviewer receiving a perfect French manicure and another appreciating the smooth and impeccable color finish. While one reviewer had a negative experience with a specific technician, the owner, Brian, intervened and provided a satisfactory service. Overall, Gigi Nails offers a welcoming and professional experience.
These photos were taken right after getting my nails done. They are uneven, bumpy, dirty underneath the nail, uneven color tone. I have gone here before and thought I’d give it another try. I will not go back, for the price you pay your nails should be even, clean, and fully colored.
I’m from Traverse City, Mi. And was staying at the Residence Inn and heading to Ontario, Canada I called GIGi Nails and got right in I had a French Manicure I asked for a clear pink ish clear base coat and the Gentleman got right up and chose a natural looking shade perfect I’m going to a surprise 80th Birthday Party and will be cutting the cake so he polished my nails and went back over them 3 times to give them the perfect touch ! Thank you very much for your Caring ways .
Horrible experience with nail technician by the name OF DONNIE!! HE WAS SOOOO RUDE! AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ME!! I WAS READY TO WALK OUT! The Owner, Brian asked to stay and he would finish my service. I was happy with his service, that I’m back! BUT NO DONNIE!!
