Salesman listened to my needs and assisted me in making my purchase. The installers were professional, friendly, and went over and above their task to assist me. Quality of product is excellent.

I first came to this place hoping to order my new kitchen floor and lighting. After signing out a flooring sample I was called a week later asking when I would be bringing it back. I was told no hurry, nothing was mentioned of a "3 day" limit until they wanted it back. We informed them it would be returned it first thing Monday. I looked on the Google search for a closing time, which it stated until 6 pm. My husband got their at 5:38pm and the store was locked with no one around. Apparently their hours are not accurate online. When we first looked at lighting and got a quote I asked how long to get them after ordered, I was told 2-3wks. Flooring America-Saginaw has been a top notch flooring supplier and installer since 1980. They only sell quality products and have the best service. I have been nothing but happy with each and every experience I have had with Jay, Brian, and Tom.
