Ariel was so welcoming as soon as I walked in! I told her what I was looking for, and she showed me their selection of white gold nose rings. I couldn’t decide between a smaller or larger size, but she helped me choose the perfect fit.
The whole experience was friendly, quick, and stress-free. This is officially my new go-to place for body jewelry. Thank you, Ariel, for making my day!
My experience was wonderful. So customer service was wonderful, surpassed the bare minimum. Such a friendly environment. All my questions prior to and post piercing were answered thoroughly. Aftercare for my piercing and some more stuff was explained to me multiple times. I believe the kind lady who did my piercings name was Mariana. She cleaned EVERYTHING and grabbed new supplies right infront of me. The pericing was not painful at all just a little sore when she went to clean it. My piercer (marina) was amazing !! She did my septum and my bfs lip ring she was friendly and made sure to let us know that we can change the position to whatever we wanted and an answered all our questions
