Pat was awesome! AC went out about 4am on the hottest day of the year and the warranty company said that the earliest they could schedule someone was after 4 pm tomorrow but Pat called asked if we minded him coming today! The wife is in love with him right now LOL
Been using him for years on time, respectable courteous, and fix your stuff when I get there. If he can't he'll tell you what you need and bring it back. Thank God he's still servicing the community.
Great Job, I have a contract with Consumers Energy and they use these guys, and the guy they sent to my home was excellent, he fixed the issue without issue thus far, and he was professional and pleasant. Good choice in contractors, I am very pleased.
