First time using them for computer repair. Was told the part that was needed would be there on Thursday ( I dropped it off on a Tuesday ). Part didn’t arrive until Monday. Once the part was in my laptop, it worked like a charm. It was Easter weekend so that may have delayed the part. Other than that, good service
