They were able to clean up my laptop memory and get it up to date with windows 11. Communicated findings, provided future recommendations and completed ahead of schedule and for an extremely reason price. Only suggestion would be to stay open at least one night until 7pm to allow us working folks more time to get there.
All of my interactions with the staff were fantastic. The receptionist helped me carry my tower in. Logan, the tech I worked with, communicated with me frequently and clearly about the options for upgrading my PC. The price was fair. I will be bringing in my husband's PC so they can upgrade it, too!
