Caravan doesn’t care about your livelihood, I worked in the janitorial department for 34 years,and came on board with caravan and worked for a few years
And was terminated due to the company using falsified information about an inspection picture
Also the employees are stealing time which is money from stellantis no one doing any work upper management at stellantis will be notified it’s just horrible.
Had to call them because they was going to hire me but didn't, unemployment said I had worked there..but I didn't.they.put me on the payroll.when I didn't even work one day
PTO will have to be paid back to them whether you're fired or quit. If you report verbal or even physical abuse at a site you will be fired as soon as they figure out what to fire you for. Pay is fair; most of the site employees are kind.
