This seems shady to me C&L Ward. I paid 17k for doors and installation. Front door handle is being warrantied but you are trying to charge me for labor to come and install it. This on top of the other issues i have had with the other 2 doors that were installed incorrectly. I did business with you and you are not standing by your product. You need to make this right or you have lost a customer.
Update: C&L Ward has made all of this right. The part is being warrantied and installed at no charge. Thank you for making this right C&L Ward team!
C&L Ward just replaced almost all of our windows and installed a storm door for us and they did an excellent job! Way to go Chad, Jason and Josh! They’re were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Window replacement is a lot of work! They cleaned up so well after finishing that you’d never have known they were there. They even blew the leaves off of our deck and patio. I highly recommend them!!
