Fantastic service!! I have been dealing with a furnace problem for over 2 years, to many times to count over the past 2 years, i used ryczek Heating and Cooling, to say the least it has been a ongoing nightmare!! On saturday evening november 18th my furnace went down again, 10 years ago my mom had her new furnace installed by klopf heating & cooling & has been more then happy with her purchase, so i called klopf and with in a 1/2 hour Rj from klpof was at my home, what a blessing he was, in less then a hour he was able to fix the problem that i have been having for over 2 years, I cant say enough about Rj, very very smart man and his Professionalism is truly outstanding, I was very impressed because he actually listened to me & was very nice & down to earth, Thanks to RJ from kplof, very satisfied customer!!
